Processing

Processing and shipping an item will generally take from 5-10 working days, depending on stock numbers and how busy it will get around the office.
If there is an unforseen stock shortage, you will be informed by e-mail.

Delivery

Delivery will depend on how fast the postal services will process and handle your item. I can’t do anything about how fast they work and can’t be held accountable for delays due to local post office strikes or other regional difficulties, so please have a little bit of patience. Delivery time indication:

• For US customers: normally between 1 to 3 weeks depending on what state you live in. States on the Eastcoast will get their order faster than Westcoast. I’ve had extreme cases of customers in L.A. who got their order in only 1,5 weeks, but also people near L.A. who had to wait 4 weeks. (doesn’t happen very often luckily)
• European customers: normally between 1 to 2 weeks
• All other customers: normally between 2 to 4 weeks. I’ve only had one extreme case of someone in Chile whose package showed up after 2 months. (this is extremely rare)
